1. What is Our steel product?

Spai steel maily supply tubes and pipe fittings in stainless steel, super duplex/duplex steel, nickel based alloy with standard ASME/ASTM, DIN, JIS, ISO etc. Covers a wide range from outer diameter and thickness/pressure rate, we can provides seamless stainless steel pipes from 1/8” to 48” /SCH10S ~ XXS.

2. 2. Are you a manufacturer or supplier?

We are a partial owner for a pipe fittings factory, main prodcuts are buttweld pipe fittings such as 90 elbow, tee, reducer, stub end etc.

For stainless steel pipes and tubes, they are from our group company who specialized in seamless stainless steel pipes manufacturing.

Flanges and valves are from third manufacturer, but we also offers a competitive price to get a system solution for your project.

3. 3. Are you reliable?

Spai has set up for 20 years, we have served for more than 100 companies and projects from different 20countries, and we accept company audit from our client and third party.

4. 4. How to order your product?

-i. For pipes and tubes, you should indicate

Pipe type(seamless or welded) + material standard and grade + outer diameter + wall thickness + pipe length + quantity

For example:

Smls pipe ASTM A312 TP316/316L 10” *SCH40S * 6m long fixed, 100pcs 

-ii. For buttweld fittings:

If you want to buy 90 degree long radius elbow, 12”*SCH10S with 100% X-ray test, material SS316L to ASME B16.9, totally 200 each, the sample is:

90DEG L/R Elbow 12”*SCH10S, ASTM A403 WP316L-WX, ASME B16.9, 200 pcs

-iii. For forged socket-welding fittings and threaded fittings:

If you need to buy socked-welding tee 4” class3000 SCH80S, material ASTM F304L to ASME/ANSI B16.11 totally 200pcs and 100pcs 2” threaded union 3000# NPT, the sample is :

-i. For flanges you need to indicate:

If you want to buy 200pcs welding neck flange, raised face, 18” class300 STD material ASTM A182 F347H to ASME B16.5, the sample is:

-v. For industrial valves you need to indicate:

For example, you want to buy a trunnion mounted ball valve, full port, 12” class 600, RF flange connected, body material is 316, ball and trime is F316, fire design to API607, design and test to API6D:

5. 5. How to guarantee the quality?

• All of materials are from ISO approved manufacturer, we supply products conform to the standard and requirement strictly.
• We do 100% test before shipment, and thirt party inspection is available for all of our products.
• Process inspection is available, but it may take a extra cost from you.
• Manufacturer audit is acceptable based on required by end user / third party company.
• Mill certificate to EN10204 will be provided with shipment, other test certificate such as heat treatment report, NDT report, mechanical performance report, IGC report, pressre test report are based on requirement.
• EN10204 3.2 certificate will be charged on required.

6. 6. Do you do stainlss steel only?

We mainly do carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel ,super duplex steel, nickle-based alloy, copper-nickle alloy, titanium etc. We also do some alloy steel such as P11, P9, P22, low temperature alloy A333 Gr.6 etc and other materials based on requirement.

7. 7. Can you help us to collect materials from other supplier?

Yes, we can help clients to collect materials from different supplier. We know there are many different products in a list, which may produced in different province in China. We may charged some money upon on actual order and condition.

8. 8. What’s your payment?

Generally we accept payment by T/T, we think it is a good way for both us and we can save some bank charges. We can do irrevocable L/C too if the amount is considerable, but downpayment is required, especially for special grade and dimension. 

9. 9. What is your delivery time?

Our normal delivery time is 5weeks. For details, we should to consider the order quantity and raw material stock condition.

10. 10. What’s the delivery term?

Common delivery term are available for us, like FOB, CFR, CIF, EX-works. We prefer to do CFR, CIF and EXW.
