Industrial galvanized steel pipe installation steps

ASTM A500,EN10217-1,EN10219-1
1. Pipeline rupture: Draw a line on the selected pipeline based on on-site measurements and mapping sketches, and break the pipeline according to the line.

A. Use grinding wheels to sew pipes. Place the pipeline on the grinding wheel, align it with the drawn line, firmly clamp it, and then cut open the pipeline. When cutting off pipelines, use the handle to press it down and do not use too much force. After cutting off the pipeline, clean the iron film and then stack it on a part of the pipeline nozzle.

B. To cut the pipeline with a hand saw, fix the pipeline in the pressure clamp of the pressure box, use a drawing line saw blade, and push the saw with both hands. The saw blade should be perpendicular to the pipeline, and the force pushing the saw should be uniform. After all, the edge of the saw should be cut open, not twisted or broken, to avoid deformation of the pipeline mouth.

2. Thread: Divide damaged pipes according to their diameter. Usually, pipes with a diameter of 15-32mm and a diameter of 40-50mm are threaded twice, while pipes with a diameter of 70mm or higher are threaded three times- 4 times appropriate.

A. Use a threading machine to thread, clamp the pipeline onto the threading machine, leave an appropriate length to clamp the jacket, align the plate cover number, install the mold, and align it with the appropriate position on the scale according to the pipeline diameter. Tighten the fixed trigger, align the lubrication tube with the threaded head, turn on the machine and push open the plate, wait until the thread reaches the appropriate length, then gently release the trigger.

B. Using a manual threaded plate for threading, first release the fixed trigger, return the threaded plate to zero, install the mold according to the serial number, align the plate with the required proportion, tighten the fixed trigger, and then place the pipeline into the pressure clamp, leaving an appropriate length for clamping. Gently insert the threaded plate into the pipeline to make it moderately tight. Then use both hands to push the threaded plate apart, put on 2-3 buttons, and stand on the side to pull the threaded plate, Power should be. When setting up threads, gently release the trigger, turn on the machine and retract the board, while maintaining the thread's taper.

3. Assembly of pipeline fittings: Assemble threaded pipeline fittings based on on-site measurements and mapping sketches.

A. When assembling pipe fittings, the required pipe fittings should be placed into the pipe threaded buckle and tested for tightness (usually hand paired with 3 buckles). Apply lead oil to the threaded buckle, use hemp, and then place it into the pipe fitting. Use a pipe wrench to tighten the pipe fittings to expose 2-3 buckles from the line. Remove the hemp head, wipe off the lead oil, place the numbers in the appropriate position, and then wait for them to straighten.

B. Choose an appropriate pipe wrench based on the diameter of the pipe fittings to be installed.

4. Pipeline section: Straighten the pipeline with the installed pipe fittings before installation.

A. Apply lead oil to the threaded joint of the pipe section where pipeline fittings are installed, and then connect two or more parts. When connecting, do not only pay attention to the direction of the reserved opening, but also pay attention to the curvature of the pipeline. After aligning with each other, rotate the direction of the reserved opening. Get to the right place and maintain dignity.

B. After connecting the pipeline section, it is necessary to check the diameter of the pipeline, whether the reserved opening direction and diameter reduction position are correct, and whether the planning drawing before straightening is correct according to the plan drawing.

C. The straightening of the pipeline should be placed on the pipeline adjustment frame or platform. Usually, it is suitable for two people to operate. One person visually inspects the end of the pipe section, while the other person hits the bend with a hammer while striking and observing until it is confirmed that there is no distortion in the straightened pipe section, and marks the connection point between the two pipe sections. Delete one or more parts, then connect another part or part until the adjustment is completed.

D. For pipes with excessive bends or large diameters at the connection points of the pipeline section, an oven or gas welding can be used to heat them up to 600-800 ° C (fiery red). Place the pipes on the pipe rack and roll them continuously using their weight to straighten them, or use wooden pads to straighten them by tapping them with a hammer in a heated area. After straightening, roll continuously before cooling. When the temperature reaches the appropriate time, apply engine oil to the heated area. All screws that have been straightened by heating must be marked, removed, repainted with lead oil and wrapped in hemp, then the pipeline must be aligned with the markings and tightened.

E. When straightening the pipeline with the installed valve, the valve cover should be removed first and the valve should be firmly filled before impact to prevent cracking of the valve body.

F. Heating galvanized carbon steel pipes is not allowed.

G. When straightening, do not damage the pipeline section.
